Exchange policy

If you received a defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product and ship it back to us in the condition received.

Once the product is received back, we will process the refund, deducting the shipping charges. Return Shipping charges have to be paid by the customer.

Refunds will be processed only if the product is unused & delivered back to us in original packaging and condition that it was received.
